BUILD A VISION

DELIVERABLES
From procedure guides to detailed FAQs, customised documentation fosters a better understanding of tasks, accelerates the onboarding of new members, and minimises errors, resulting in a more cohesive and productive team
TEAM STRUCTURE
Structure and capability to adjust and operate as a single team.
Interacts with the client's Product Owner. Gathers tasks from users. Manages the work board. Ensures overall quality. Conducts business demonstrations.
DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
Implements the product vision. Leads the team in technical aspects. Conducts code reviews. Over 4 years of experience. Interpersonal leadership skills.
TECHNICAL LEAD
Designs the product's technical vision. Shapes and ensures best practices are followed.
ARCHITECT
Programmer with over 2 years of experience. Coding user stories. Responsible for executing tasks defined by the delivery manager.
